During the permanent makeup training classes,  we will need models upon which the students will practice their new skill. The student performing your permanent makeup procedure will be closely supervised. There is a model fee of $100.00 per area of permanent makeup application.  An area means: eyebrows or eyeliner or lip liner or full lips. Becoming a makeup model allows you to take advantage of the benefits permanent makeup provides, at a reduced cost. The process is safe because the teacher is monitoring the student's techniques and application. Before a student is allowed to work on an actual person, they must have demonstrated proper technique and application on mannequin faces and practice skin. Supervised Instruction Procedures are performed by students who are in training under the strict supervision of our instructors. Procedures are not performed by the instructors. The minimum teacher to student ratio is one teacher to two students. Color and Shape The shape of the eyebrows and lip liner is always drawn on prior to the tattooing procedure. Once you have approved the shape and color we then continue with the actual tattooing. Follow ups or Touch ups Are only done during subsequent training classes.  Please contact the office to schedule your appointment and determine availability. There is a minimal fee of $50.00 for each touch up. The amount of touch up needed varies from procedure to procedure and from client to client. Schedules and class dates Basic training classes are held once every other month, Specialty classes will be held periodically or set up when 1 or more students are interested. Color Refresh If a color refresh is required in the future, it must be scheduled during a training class. The cost is $50.00 for a color refresh. Booking an Appointment With the success and popularity of this program we sometimes have a waiting list. You will be contacted as appointments become available. The appointments are booked on a first come first serve basis. The amount of students registered for a particular class determines the amount of models booked.
